On the 28th, I couldn't make a purchase on the MTC website. The support chat provided me with a number, +44 7449 153276, for inquiries.
I contacted them and asked if I could make a purchase directly through them since I couldn't do it on the website. They agreed and sent me payment instructions. I trusted MTC and transferred 208 USD to them. After the transfer, they went silent, not reading or responding to my messages until today.
