I have been having my prep meals for about 6 months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Having tried different so called “prep” companies - my prep are worlds apart. Customer service is second to none and the meals are delicious, changing their menu every 4 weeks really helps with that fear of getting bored with the same foods. I am now down 12kg from January this year and couldn’t have done it without the convenience of these meals and my personal trainer. I was wasting so much food when trying to do my own meals- my prep takes away all that stress and messing around weighing ingredients- I have never had a bad meal or fault. 100% recommend - thank you 🙂
