I’ve been using my prep for years now it has totally simplified my life. I used to do my own meal prep on Sundays and it would suck up my whole day now it’s so easy I get my delivery and I have both lunch and dinner sorted for the whole week with multiple differing options that all hit my nutritional needs. Not only do I have more options it’s roughly the same price as meal prepping plus I get my sunday afternoon and evenings back! It makes eating healthy easy there’s no issues that lead to rubbish food choices and keeps me in a healthy routine. I can’t think of not using my prep and wish I’d started sooner!
