Our fitness-mad son's been eating My Prep meals for approximately 2 years now, but the whole family actually eat them too. His favourite meal of the day is always the breakfast with asparagus (no egg!) There's generally a very good choice of menu choices, with meals being very tasty and well balanced. The portions are perfect for our needs. The delivery system using DPD is also First Class. We receive texts and e-mails confirming the date and time of our expected delivery, so we know exactly when our meals are due to arrive. My Prep's Customer Service is also second-to-none!! If I've had a query in the past, I always get a response more or less immediately and the staff are unbelievably helpful. All in all, quality meals and good value for money. We'd HIGHLY RECOMMED!!
