Unfortunately after two weeks using this pump, I have had to replace the flange inside the pump as it ripped, leaving it inefficient.
I am really impressed by both the design and also the inclusion of the spare part, however, I did not expect to be buying more parts so quickly to maintain the efficiency.
My partner has emailed them due to one of the pumps also stopping working, it was flashing all of the lights and wouldn’t let us switch it on and off- we have had no reply.
