I started using wren a few months ago. They are very good pumps! Very effective with how they are designed and very comfortable. They are a bit noisy but nothing that bothered me too much. When I started exclusively pumping and using the pumps they started to lose the suction. I contacted customer service who are very helpful and lovely people and they explained to me that they weren’t designed for exclusive pumping and the loss of suction was probably due to overuse- I wish I had known this previously as I would subsequently have bought another pump to go alongside them so I didn’t wear them down. As it is they sent me out a new pump and gave me a discount code for the second hopefully the new ones don’t degrade as fast. They really are much better than I was expecting and well worth the money.
