Heather has been an amazing coach and I really appreciate her style in motivating me while always sharing tips/ideas and always being willing to get deeper on whatever topic to help support me and set me up for success. The accountability and structure has been so great for me and I'm so relieved to have found MyBodyTutor after a lot of ups and downs.
