Working with EngineeringBuddy has truly been a learning experience for me. My previous tutoring job provided no opportunities for growth, but here, I've found many ways to advance my career. This keeps me motivated and always looking to improve my teaching methods. However, there are areas that need improvement. The company doesn't offer adequate training and support, leaving tutors to figure out the technology and teaching methods on their own. Plus, we're expected to be available at scheduled times without any guarantee of a session, leading to unpredictable income. Though this is not very frequent, it's something to keep in mind. I remember helping a student who needed engaging and interactive tutoring sessions. It was challenging but incredibly rewarding to see their progress. Anyway, gotta run.
