One great aspect is the flexibility; I can decline work if the fee offered is too low. That’s a relief! However, there's a downside. Sometimes, we're given very short notice for changes in our schedule. This makes planning and managing personal time quite challenging. Overall, while MEB offers some good benefits, it has room for improvement, especially in scheduling.
