Working at My Engg Buddy has been an honor. They treat tutors with respect and ensure that everyone is happy. The payment is great too, and it feels good to be appreciated for my efforts. One thing I love is that we usually don't get bogus inquiries that waste our time. However, there are a couple of downsides. If a student cancels a session, the fee paid to the tutor is almost zero. Also, as the company is growing very fast, frequent changes in policies and procedures can cause confusion and frustration among tutors. Overall, it's a fulfilling place to work despite these minor issues.
