The company does not force us to work if we say no for some reason. 😊One downside is the lack of clear guidelines on handling academic dishonesty, leaving tutors in a difficult position. 😌For instance, one student needed help with better understanding complex math concepts, and I was able to provide effective support thanks to the resources available. However, clearer guidelines would enhance the experience.
