Their online service is appalling. They refused to help me and advised that there wasnt a way for me to raise a complaint.
I wanted to cancel my order and called straight after I had placed it and was told I couldn't cancel the order as the "system" had already processed it. Absolutely no care or help. DO NOT USE!
