First time user, purchased a lovely wall clock, doesn't work. Change the batteries twice and still no luck. Have seen on reviews that others have had the same problem with the same model clock. Finally contacted Myer online call centre after so many phone calls and emails which either did not answer, cut off or emails failed. Finally spoke to someone and was told they had no more clocks in stock as I asked for a replacement. They did not help me at all! Extremely rude and could not speak English properly. They sent me some code via my email address. Stated that I had to go to the Post office and send it back or go to a Myer store and they will send it back. Once they have tested it I would get a refund. What a load of rubbish, the clock belongs in the bin!!! No refund for the postage I had already paid just the price for the clock would be refunded. So angry. Will never shop with them again and I thought MYER had such a wonderful reputation?????
