Easy to navigate website although the amount of information and options is a bit dazzling.
Easy to personalise my Notch and very fast shipping.
One thought for improvement - when you show the pictures of the Notch colours could you put the colour name next to them? It's not there on the personalise your notch page. I knew I'd bought 2 shades of blue but I couldn't work out which one I HADN'T boiught. I ended up with another colour rather than make a mistake.
Apart from that I'm really impressed so far.
