An update on my previous review. Of the 4 only 1 survived 36 hours (GG, short for Gloria Gaynor) The staff has been incredibly helpful with tips on keeping her happy ( mirror,small stuffed animal), and getting me thru the reshipment process of my replacement chicks plus 1. E-mail as well as chat conversations have been consistent thru out and today is shipment day for my babies. If I need to update again I will. 100% satisfied with the Company, employees and communications
