I think the best part, to me, about MPC is their customer service. They are always so kind and incredibly helpful. They send a link to articles with information and advice; and as chicken lovers themselves they usually have their own wisdom they can share. I've needed to add to an order, deal with a sick chick, had questions about products, and they've always been great. I've ordered 11 chicks from MPC, all different breeds, and several different products. I've always been happy with everything and recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly cares for chickens and their customers.
