In the last couple months I ordered hatching eggs - none developed even though the other shipped eggs in my incubator hatched, and then they fussed about their guarantee. I then ordered and paid for Sebastopol geese, got all ready for their arrival including purchasing equipment, only to ask them a question a few days before shipping and be told the geese were never actually available (no one bothered to let me know). And finally, I ordered 6 chicks and they all arrived dead. Issues and accidents happen, however 3 bad experiences in a matter of months does not sit well.
