I didn’t have any issues with my order. All chicks arrived healthy and the order process was very easy. Shipping was a little challenging as usps does not keep tracking info up to date so it was difficult to plan around. The chicks arrived the day after the tracking information said they would and no one was home. Fortunately I saw the very confused mailwoman drop a peeping box on the doorstep via security camera and a family member was able to stop by to put them in the brooder. Not my pet chicken’s fault but it’s helpful to know that when ordering chicks it’s good to have someone near the house every day during the week they’re supposed to arrive. You can’t rely on the tracking.
