My Pet Chicken is an amazing company. Two of the chicks I ordered passed away shortly after recieving them. I called customer service to see what options were, and the first thing that the lady did was express her sadness in the passing of my babies. Then she helped me figure out what to do next. They shipped the replacement of my babies. It was so nice to deal with such compassionate people-my chickens are pets only (with the benefit of eggs) and the lady was so understanding of why I was upset. It's very rare to find customer service that actually cares about the customers. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and I can honestly say that their customer service team is a big reason why. Oh, and the chicks I ordered from My Pet Chicken are doing great!
