I have ordered from my pet chicken several times, and each time I have ordered it's been an amazing experience. One my orders I had 2 chicks DOA and then had the other's pass within 48 hours. Customer service got me a whole need set of chickens and even sent an extra one. Any time I have had any chickens pass by the 48 hour mark they have replaced them, put a credit for my next order or refunded me. I have ordered from a lot of chicken places, but My Pet Chicken has been the best experience of any of them and they are always helpful and very compassionate as well.
