We received the chicks at around 3:30 pm Oct 17th (Thursday). Six of them showed up very weak, could barely stand, we fed them sugar water to resuscitate them, but two still did not make it last night. The good news is all the others looked quite healthy from what we observed the following morning. (now it's one week old, everyone looks happy and energetic.) The package looks very nice, the chickens should be protected quite well. it's not MyPetChicken's fault. we think the main cause is they were on the trip for too long -- we started tracking the package Tuesday afternoon and from the tracking info they were in the box for two and half days. We write this to you hoping in the future, you can work with the delivery company to shorten this duration within two days.
