I was a little skeptical, but went ahead and ordered for a March 27th hatch. The types that I ordered were 4 Ancona's, 3 Salmon Favorelles, and one Dorking Bantam. I hadn't heard anything after the hatch date so I contacted customer service. She was amazing! I wish I could remember her name. She helped me find out where they were at in the shipping process. The Post Office called me on the 29th at 6 a.m. I went and picked them up. They were all alive and healthy. I had also got them vaccinated before they shipped. I do wish that I would have included the electrolytes and vitamins that were optional, I did lose the dorking bantam, and one of the Salmon Favorelles, but as a new chicken owner I had a hard time the first couple of days keeping the temperature regulated, so it was my fault. I figured it out and the other six are doing amazing. I would reccomend My Pet Chicken, and I would definately order from them again, easy and a great expereince, worth the cost of shipping.
