They are unprofessional and provide a really poor service. I've waited well over 6 months for important repairs to be done - the floor beneath the bath tub is rotten and the last plumber to view it said it needs condemning. The staff don't update me as to the progression of jobs to be done, despite so many issues taking months to be addressed. My advice to anyone considering using a property management company is to look elsewhere, choose a more established company. Read some of the reviews others have submitted - it should give you an idea how they treat some of their customers.
