Parking for half hour, charge is 70p but they debited my card £3.50 bloody rip off merchants, their excuse is its a pre-authorization charge which I will eventually get back. its only 70p why do they need a pre-authorization and several hours later it still states £3.50. Absolute cowboys employed by Torbay Council
