I called Ringo multiple times and entered my debit card details to pay on many occasions but I kept getting an automated voice error message. I also tried many times to pay through the app and entered my payment details but kept getting a generic error message.
I also tried to pay through my friends RingGo app who was parking next to me, adding a new vehicle to her account, however instead of that working she ended up paying the £12.50 parking ticket twice for her own car.
Since then I have been charged with an £85 ticket for not paying. It makes me so angry as I tried so hard to pay but it was made completely impossible to do so.
