The parking permit website for Waltham Forest is the worst I have ever used. Information and intstructions are inadequate, confusing and misleading . I have spent hours of my life trying to upload documents to buy a Residents Parking Permit without success. No wonder the lines to the wonderful people who answer the NSL phone are always jammed with callers! Thank goodness the Council gave up the idea of putting the whole system on line!!!
