The worst company ever! Using others for regular parking - don’t need the apps as all have user ‘friendly’ way of, put reg no followed by the #, put location followed by #, put no of hours followed by #! With ring go the poor quality AI is telling you what’s your reg number say clearly you do then the AI is repeating to you completely different reg no, followed by ‘is that correct’ - you say NO and the game starts again! 3 times it tried to park me in different location, with wrong reg no! Now I’ve done something that I wanted to avoid - had to download the app, unfortunately many car parks don’t give you any option but Ring Go - no Just Park or Pay by Phone or anything else that actually works! Let’s see how the app will work! But Ring Go is just POOOOOOOOOOOO.
