The only reason they get 1 star is because there isn't an option to give them none. I registered and parked at Fareham train station. I leaving the car park the app showed me as having parked for 4 hours longer than I'd actually been there. The app then didn't allow me to pay. I sent an email to the support team the following day. Never had a response, then received a £50 fine for non payment of parking. They've also removed the evidence from their app regarding the recorded time I apparently left the car park. I have made an appeal which they've rejected, and have told me the fine will be increased to £85 if I take the appeal further. I now intend to pursue this through the Courts.
