Every few months, without rhyme or reason, I am suddenly prevented from logging in; then told to change my password; then prevented from changing my password; then having to wait and fiddle around - with huge loss of priceless time - until the system muddles through.
Since RingGo now has the monopoly of all car parks in my area, this level of inadequacy is completely unacceptable. Why are RingGo still in business? The abysmal rating tells its own story.
