Had to get out of the car to find phone number and location number, meanwhile, the Parking Warden left a parking fine for me. I had a bad experience with trying to get through to them, once I got through the message kept repeating itself and wouldn't carry on. This happened several times and eventually let me complete paying for my parking. This took at least 15 mins to complete and when I told the Parking Warden we were having difficulties on the phone he said keep walking round. Obviously this is so they can put a PCN on your vehicle and no one will accept that I paid. This was in Bromley. Another way to penalise people out of money even when they have paid up front. If Ringo is the only parking, I would drive off and find somewhere else to park. I now cannot go to Bromley anymore because I cannot afford to pay the parking fine as well as paying for the parking. This is the most inefficient parking system I have come across but a good way for Council's to collect money for nothing. This is a s__t service all round.
