Occasion 1. Unable to pay via app - at end of session (Third try) RingGo system said that payment had failed. (Bank confirmed that no attempt had been made to debit card) So I phoned to pay retrospectively the following day. My bank statement arrives and shows two debits for the same amount on the same day. Taking money and advising that payment is not taken I would say amounts to fraud. Occasion 2 Wickam Market car park location 4392. Tried three times to park there, three times yur system said the location number was not listed. Tried to report both issues via help centre but it was not working. The company is a shambles.
