Absolutely shocking company!! I paid for 1 hours parking in H&F and was issued a PCN 40 minutes in, when I checked my bank Ringgo hadn’t taken the payment (even though their automatic call confirmed they had) so I’m trying to get them to confirm the call as H&F council asked for a receipt....I’ve tried contacting Ringgo on the app, phone calls (number discontinued on their new 2024 site) the live chat doesn’t reply (timed out) and they don’t reply to emails. This is NO service. A company should not be able to operate in the UK if they are not contactable....where’s the consumer protection!!
