I am a non resident landlord. I’m doing works at my property in UK and was trying to get a permit for the builder. I spent all morning trying to make the payment via the app with 5 different debit cards and it wouldn’t go through. I got in touch with the company via the chat and they gave a number which I can’t call from my Italian phone. Now if I get a ticket whose gonna pay for it??? So frustrating.
