Devil's point Plymouth today 17th July 2024. Parking m/c our of order. So can't get my free first 3 hours parking. Message board says phone a number. When that number phoned message says unable to process parking on this number download app. If app downloaded a fee is applied. Parking attendant will still issue fies though. This company is F------ hopeless. May complaints
