Absolutely disgraceful. I experienced everything other reviewers have complained about and have ended up wit 2 PCNs. No local authority should give this useless company the time of day let alone management of a car park! I have paid the charge for 3 days parking by cheque, returned the PCNs and written to the MP, the Mayor, the High Sheriff and the Leader of the Council asking them to do the right and ethical thing and scrap this company with its underhand and discriminatory practices.
