Possibly the worst parking service not just in the UK but on the planet! Their machines don't take coins and if they do, they want the exact change as no change given. You cannot speak to an operator at all!! They're phone number shows up as something random. But the worst of all is that you download the App to register your vehicle to pay for parking. It won't let you register your car if you already tried to register before (regardless if you were unsuccessful) and if you call up, the automated robot is absolute rubbish. So technically if you happen to park in a RingGo facility, just be very careful because you most likely won't be able to pay by cash or register online or use the App or speak to an operator. Completely useless service & an utter rip-off. They need to be reported to Trading Standards or such likes!
