This company are a shambles they should not be allowed to run our car parks. The app never works and will take money off your account without your permission and without giving you any parking session and when you ask for it back customer services just tell you they don’t understand what’s happening and they cannot handle your enquiry so emails and letters back-and-forth for weeks to try and get your money back they are useless but there’s no way of avoiding them. As they are running all of the car parks up and down the country, absolute scandalous typical rip-off Britain.
