I recently had an issue with the RingGo app when paying for parking. After paying for a 3-hour session at location 15767, the session didn’t appear in the app, so I made a second payment for the same duration. Neither payment showed up in the app during my session, causing a lot of stress about potential fines.
Later, I received text confirmations for both payments, proving the payments went through. I contacted customer support via email, clearly explaining the situation and attaching evidence of both payments and charges. However, I’ve received no response, and attempts to connect via live chat have been equally frustrating—after long waits, the chat ends with no resolution. 😠
I’m concerned about: 1️⃣ Being fined despite paying twice.
2️⃣ Getting a refund for the second, unnecessary payment.
RingGo, if you pride yourselves on convenience and reliability, your customer service needs urgent improvement. Has anyone else had similar issues? Any advice?
