The boss was really good . I put in for morning delivery and paid it over a month in advance . On the day of delivery I was told it would be delivered anytime between 8-5 . When I told them I’d written my mums business was closed at 4pm I was told I could reroute it which why I’d do that I don’t know . Pre book a month in advance and you get placed 7th delivery on the list and the customer service lady was very rude when I tried to explain the issues . Choose a pink balloon I paid for and my mum received a black balloon , I dunno . The service isn’t great but the food is good .
