I usually wouldn’t leave a negative review however I have provided my feedback privately to Sweet Box via emails with no response… then I get an email asking to write a review following this link so here we are. I ordered some donuts for my grieving family member to cheer him up and they arrived like an absolute mess, like the box had been shaken up. It's really disappointing. Please follow up with your delivery drivers to let them know to take more care as it's pretty disappointing to receive - especially when it's a sympathy gift. Do not recommend this company.
