I ordered a cooker but had a call to say the product was sold out but would order it from the supplier. They kept me updated with another call to say when it could be delivered and installed. A brilliant customer experience overall and will be my go-to supplier for all my electrical appliances from now on. Excellent value compared to other suppliers.
