Service in the showroom was good, although we did have to wait 3 months for our freezer to be delivered due to supply issues. We requested that the door hinges be moved to the opposite side of the freezer for which we paid £50. When the freezer arrived, the door had not already been changed and the delivery men had to do this. I was a bit dismayed to see that they laid the freezer on its back to do this, although I assumed this was what was necessary. Half way through the change they discovered they didn't have the correct tool to complete the job and had to leave the freezer on its back while they went and bought a new tool. They arrived back after a short time and completed the job. Having then read the manual that came with the freezer, it said that the door should be changed in the upright position. It seems to be working alright but I was concerned that this had happened.
