Our old dishwasher stopped working so we trekked out to a large retailer only to be told the machine was out of stop & they didn't a clue (direct quote) when they might get any in. Found NE (who were actually closer to home than large retailer) via Google, the very nice man not only had a machine in stock but could install it within a couple of working days. Delivery guys arrived early, quickly installed the machine & disposed of the old one. Brilliant
