My first experience of NE and I was very satisfied with the service. The lady Gale in the showroom was very efficient. We purchased a range master cooker, to be delivered the following week, which it was. The delivery team rang ahead on the appointed day and were on time and friendly. They took away the old rangemaster as requested at the time of sale. There was a slight graze on the griddle top ( it was a display model) and a replacement was ordered from the manufacturer via NE management and it duly arrived within a few days. Excellent service and we would highly recommend them.
