Excellent service. Appliance delivered and installed very quickly- faster than any of the "big name" retailers. Problem with the item (not NE's fault) was sorted out promptly. Andy & Aaron, who delivered and installed the item (twice!) gave an accurate time window for delivery and then were friendly, efficient and professional. Would definitely use again
