Telephone contact was lovely, personalised, and dedicated. Every time we rang, someone answered promptly and generally to the point. We were referred to the same person who'd taken our order upfront,which was wonderful. I wanted to recall the name of the saleswoman who took care of me so patiently, but I seem to have forgotten it (Lalaine? No, that's not it). The price was right, delivery was fine, and we are so far very happy with our purchase. May I just suggest sending a confirmation email with a sales slip when you get the funds, as, without it, we were worried our order had vanished. Congratulations and we will look at you for our next appliance (probably dishwasher)
