Excellent customer service and attention when I visited the store. I ordered am AEG induction hob and given a very competitive price. Initially I was informed that appliance was thought to be then unavailable on the date it was due to arrive and I needed it to be on site for the kitchen fitter. Staff at NE appliances followed up on the problem and made sure it was obtained and delivered on time - in fact a day early! I am learning my way around the hob but seems to be great so far and looks very sleek! Very pleased with my purchase and the service from NE appliances - recommend them as a place to go when looking at replacing appliances.
