First time trying these kind of drinks. I brought the strawberry lime twist and wow! im very surprised, i steer clear of preworkout because of the weird feelings it gives me, this gave me what i needed in the gym minus the shakes and red face lol .. Recommend for those who don't like the feelings of preworkout.
