I ordered a sign from them two weeks ago. I never even got a confirmation email saying that my order had been placed. I was frequently checking on the status of my order via their website and noticed that the item went from “in production” to “complete” status one day. I have yet to receive a single piece of communication from the company. I reached out to their “customer service” team via email a few days ago and I have not heard anything back. This seems pretty outrageous considering I paid hundreds of dollars for a sign and the only way to even see my order is to log into the website.
