I'd never used this company before but came across them when looking for kit to replace our CCTV system. I'd already got what I thought were the best prices from across the web for the kit I wanted. They also have a free technical helpdesk which gave me confidence as I was planning on doing the whole installation myself rather than getting a professional CCTV company in! They are also Axis Gold Partners so they offer free technical support for the lifetime of the product as well as a three year warranty advanced replacement service which again gave me great confidence in using them. All in all I've had great, friendly service and know they are there to provide me with help and support should I need it.
